The location is great. Otherwise it's weird they don't have an elevator for rooms upstairs on one side. Breakfast isn't included. Most rooms don't have windows. The bathroom in our suite stank, the water pressure is the shower was awful, no removable showerhead, there was no bidet, no wardrobe (aside from a weird low piece of furniture with a lockbox), no fridge, no desk, and no additional chairs. The bed was only okay, but the A/C worked at least. The worst thing was that I was potentially robbed when I noticed $100 USD missing from the safe. I won't outright blame the staff or hotel, but it's odd that was missing when I didn't take it out of the safe. The balcony is useless and the TV has only 3 channels. Logging in each time/ever day for the wi-fi was also stupid. Overall not impressive, comfortable, or even potentially safe. Stay at your own risk.

This was my first visit to Mexico City and I stayed at this hotel for about a week. The location, staff, and room were all great and perfect for my first introduction to this City. I will say visitors need to be mindful of the open air restaurant within the hotel that is on the third floor. Most of the week was fine but Friday and Saturday nights were both very loud until the restaurant closed around 11pm. Aside from some restaurant noise those two nights everything else was fantastic.

Don’t hesitate on Casa Prim
