It’s my second time booking this hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and you can actually sleep. Wish security and the staff made sure that quiet hours more closely observed. Other guests tend to not know how to handle themselves sometimes and they violate quiet hours. Location isn’t the best but it’s a safe quiet place to stay for solo travelers.

Such a nice boutique hotel in a safe area. We walked late at night without any concerns. Staff is extremely friendly. Metro stations are a 15-20 minute walk, which for us was a nice way to explore the area. Same items everyday for breakfast but we enjoyed it nevertheless. Underground parking is available though we didn't use it. Porfino Coffee shop is downstairs, open to 11pm, which we frequented.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, they clean the room everyday and give you fresh towels. The staff is amazing, super helpful and friendly. It’s located in a great area, plus they have a cafe/restaurant connected to it. The rooms are very spacious, and if you get the king size bed even better. I will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is very beautiful, had a nice cafe with good coffee. Staff is very friendly. But unfortunately my room was a little dirty when we arrived. Was not sweeped, I could see hair on the floor. Shower was a bit dirty. Both the shower and the sink were clogged. The sink was fixed once but became clogged again and it was never fixed again. Also there were issues with the WiFi/internet so just a heads up. If my room was properly cleaned it would’ve been a 5 star stay.

Beautiful elegant and clean room. What I was most impressed by was the personalization of access to the reception staff 24/7 by use of a designated WhatsApp chat they give you access to. Response was instant the 2-3 times I used it. I will definitely stay again.
