Excellent location. Amazing apartments really well decorated. With all the necessary things you need in order to have an incredible vacation. The staff was nice, the area very lively full with cafes, bars and restaurants but still a very quiet zone. Highly recommended stay in the heart of condesa.

Kitchen set up good. Wish there was some paper towels but full set up kitchen with utensils, mugs, plates. Staff was so nice, and helpful throughout the stay. Security at all times we were there which was assuring and always so welcoming.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa Miravalle. It was a beautiful apartment space in the middle of the perfect neighborhood, with so many wonderful restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores surrounding it. The park across the street is also really nice to walk through. We appreciated the warm welcome when we first arrived. The apartment was clean and spacious for a group of 5 and even included a washer and dryer in the unit. There is also an elevator in the apartment, which was great for hauling our bags up. We loved being greeted by the sweet doorkeeper and always felt secure being a group of girls staying here. I would definitely recommend staying here; this is the perfect apartment space and neighborhood if you want to visit Mexico City!

Beautiful, stylish apartment in a perfect neighborhood. Comfortable bed, good shower, nice kitchenette and attentive staff. Good ground floor coffeeshop and a dozen restaurants within a five-minute walk.

Had a very pleasant stay. The place was wonderful, clean and very spacious. Near lots of restaurants, location is a huge plus. Felt safe and very relaxed day or night. The shower is amazing! Will definitely be back and recommend.

We had an enjoyable stay! The hotel was nice and a great location. The service with providing clean towels, taking out the garbage and toilet paper could be better. We were there for 6 days and on day 4 we didn't have garbage emptied, clean towels or more toilet paper. Communication with the managers were timely but they didnt seem to understand the issue. Towel service, garbage being emptied and toilet paper should be provided at minimum. We would definitely stay here again but I hope the service would improve because the place is a perfect location!

Great spot, immaculately clean, comfortable. No communication other than the address before arrival - but there is always a security guard to let you into the building -just ring the bell. As of Nov 2024 there was significant construction going on next door that woke us up around 8am weekdays. They don’t look anywhere close to finishing.

Staying here was a nightmare. The property is advertised as air-conditioned, but only one bedroom has A/C which has a loud rattle. The other bedroom was a furnace with a broken fan. That bedroom is next to the so-called 'terrace 'where no one will ever sit because there is no view and there are gigantic air conditioning units for the whole building which emit a loud drone and made me physically nauseous, gave me a headache, and made it impossible to sleep. A helpful maid gave me a working fan and I kind of slept on the very uncomfortable couch in the kitchen which also had no A/C at a time when the outdoors was sweltering. We left this property in the middle of our stay to go somewhere else and the property did not make any effort to give us a refund. Though the property is next to a beautiful park, the area is extremely touristy and overpriced. Stay away.

The location is very safe and walkable. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Our room was the Soriano which overlooks Parque Mexico and was a beautiful view. Especially in the mornings while my boyfriend and I had our coffee and breakfast I made in the cute little kitchen. There is a dog park across the street. Sooo many adorable dogs! That alone would get me to book here again. My only complaint would be the construction going on next door. We were awoken at 6am to heavy demolishing noise. There was also some sort of loud meeting going on at the rooftop at 7am one morning. Other than that our stay was perfect, and the neighborhood was fairly quiet after 11pm. I definitely recommend staying here and will book again on my next trip to Mexico City. Make sure to visit the Castizo restaurant and order the stuffed zucchini blossoms with cheese and black truffles!

Casa Miravalle is in a lovely location right across the street from a pretty and well-used park. Our place was quite spacious and well-equipped, though dark. The doormen are lovely! The hotel is generally not as nice as the photos, our terrace has a pigeon problem and needed a good scrubbing. But the rooms were very clean and overall the building has good bones. I was very disappointed that the rooftop was unusable due to construction next door. It’s quite a big project and seems be moving slowly. The noise is not bad at all, in fact I found the place very quiet for a big city, but seeing as this was a getaway from a cold wet winter I would have loved to be able to spend some time in a chaise in the sun. We sat up there a bit on Sunday when no one was working and it was very pleasant. We were there for a week and I thought they should have given clean towels and maybe some cleaning at least once but no one entered our suite in that entire time. We were able to use google translate to ask for garbage bags and toilet paper so we didn’t suffer. This is a ramble, but overall I would stay again, aware of the limitations, and I would request a room facing the park. And frankly if it was perfect, with no construction, fresh paint and fixtures, and room service daily…I wouldn’t be able to afford that wonderful location. 3.75 stars, with an extra half for the doorman = 4.25

Fabulous location - right beside a beautiful park. The walks in the area were splendid - really enjoyed that. A pretty, safe area. It was a very cute 1 bedroom apartment. The room I had was directly beside the cafe it is adjoined to so I heard clinking of dishware. Neither the wifi nor my own cellular connection workef in the suite. I had to sit in the cafe to access the Internet. Otherwise, it served my short-term needs.
