Very lovely stay. The apartments are decorated nicely and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying again. The only complant was check in was 3 and our room wasnt ready till 430. And the doors to the bedroom and bathroom didnt close completely. Awesome place, great value.

What we liked during our stay was the location close to everything we wanted to do. What we didn't like was the AC unit placed so low the air flow was very uncomfortable. Even adjusting the vent and flow it is so low, we felt the air on us! Trash accumulates and doesn't get picked up until the 3rd day.It should be picked up daily or change the size of the very small trash cans. The table and chairs in eating/kitchen are were heavy metal difficult to move and the chairs were very uncomfortable.

Booked for 3 persons My wife and Daughter, the sofa bed did not have beddings, (Pillows,Blanket, Towels and bed sheets) we called, we went down to the front desk, requested multiple times, First they brought bed covers, and a towel- a towel for the floor! we asked again and another attendant came and brought one pilow, we asked again for the blankets and they said they don't have any extra blankets. at this time we gave up! other than that the place would have been perfect.

I liked that the property was centrally located to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and shopping malls, and it was reasonably priced. There was even a Catholic church that was less than a 10-minute walk which was a plus because not missing mass on a Sunday was always part of our vacation and therefore was very important to us. My husband and I felt safe walking at night. I would've given it a 5 star hadn't been for the fact that two days out of our four night-stay, they didn't clean our apartment. The second day of our stay we requested to skip the cleaning because we wanted to stay in and do our unpacking that morning. However, on the 3rd and final day no one came to clean the unit. That was disappointing. I had to ask for towels because we had dropped the towels to the floor to signal that they were dirty and needed to be replaced; but no one came in at all. If the management could address this issue, I would consider staying at this property again and even recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you.

The walls in this hotel are paper-thin. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms—alarms, music, conversations, even doors opening and closing. It’s like sleeping in a shared dorm with no privacy. Unfortunately, I booked this place without reading the reviews. Don’t make the same mistake. After two sleepless nights, I had to leave early and book another hotel—paying twice for the same night just to get some rest. When I explained the situation to the front desk, I was met with complete indifference. No eye contact, no apology—just a flat “Yes, we’ve heard that complaint before; we’re taking steps to fix it.” In reality, there was no sign of any action—no maintenance, no alternative rooms, nothing to suggest the issue is being addressed. The location is convenient, and the facilities are average. But unless you plan on staying awake your entire trip, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Duré 4 noches. no cambiaron sabana, no cambiaron toallas hasta que nos quejamos. un solo pod de cafe hasta que nos quejamos. entraron a "tender la cama" pero ni recogieron o barrieron el piso. El personal nos dió soporte pero estuvo claro que la pòlitica del hotel es estricta y mala.
