Perfect for an extended stay, the staff was amazing & friendly. We spoke & interacted with Erika a lot, she was so sweet, greeted us every time. There's food & shops at e4v every corner. A Walmart a couple blocks away that is open 24 hours. Coffee shops super close. A 7 eleven a couple doors down. The view was also great from the 15th floor with great lighting into the room. My mom & I ate out for breakfast, but also cooked breakfast 3 o 7 days we were there. Super accessible area for Ubers & extremely safe & quiet.

My stay at Kukun Homero Polanco was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything felt very clean and well maintained, and the space was comfortable and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was. The location in Polanco is unbeatable, close to restaurants, shopping, and everything you need, while still feeling safe and upscale. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy throughout the stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

the room was spacious and the entire apartment was clean. great location, safe to walk around. The gym was fully equipped. They have a laundry area and the views were great from the balcony. we enjoyed our stay. the staff were always friendly and helpful. the view from the tiny balcony was nice. we stayed in the 2-bedroom unit. it would be nice if the bedrooms had a tv. at least the master bedroom should have one, instead of a big, blank wall... one annoyance was that there is no outlet near the dining table or near the sofa, and the super tiny trash can under the sink is silly. still, we would definitely stay there again
