This is a wonderful boutique hotel situated in a very nice neighborhood in Mexico City. The staff was extremely helpful and nice! The rooms were nice especially the one with the outdoor patio. Included breakfast were really nice as well. The fun desk will help you with anything you need, including booking outings. Highly recommend!

Ideal boutique hotel - beautiful and spacious room, stellar service, low-key vibe almost like it’s your own luxury apartment (not a rowdy tourist spot), and a lovely breakfast (great latte!). Location is perfect if you prefer a quiet street but close to bars, restaurants (Another Café for amazing breakfast), and fun shops. We loved walking throughout leafy Condesa, through Parque México (grab a pastry at Odette just north), and the vibrant Roma Norte is close enough for easy access when you want it. Casa Cleo is a special, premium home base to explore CDMX.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Cleo. The property was beautiful, clean, secure, and wonderfully quiet. There’s even an excellent coffee shop at the entrance, Nico, which serves fantastic coffee and pastries—an added bonus that quickly became part of our daily routine. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Carlos, in particular, was exceptional. He helped us with our luggage late at night upon arrival and again early in the morning when we departed. Throughout our stay, he regularly checked in on us and was always quick to offer assistance whenever we needed it. The location was another highlight. Casa Cleo is within walking distance—or just a short Uber ride—from many of Mexico City’s best restaurants, bars, shopping, and attractions. We especially loved exploring the surrounding neighborhood on foot, where we discovered incredible local gems that never made it into the typical influencer guides. Overall, if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to stay that’s close to some of Mexico City’s best food, cafés, nightlife, and shopping, Casa Cleo is an excellent choice. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit.
