We loved this hotel. The room is small but it has everything you need to be comfortable. They are just renovated so they are beautiful. The first floor is noisy so maybe ask for a second floor room. You can easily transport anywhere by public transportation.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. There are restaurants and shops right outside your door. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is located conveniently close to public transportation to take you anywhere you want to go in the City. My daughter and I had an excellent experience.

I stayed in room 003 and next to my room there was a staff room and they where opening and closing the door during the night and at 4:30am there where people from the staff talking just outside my door and they woke me up so I couldn´t rest at all. Besides they should inform you before paying the reservation that they are constructing inside the hotel and it is really messy.

This was a decent enough hotel. Our bed wasn’t the most comply and the room was pretty small. The worst thing was there was that the toilet was facing a wall that was definitely less than 12” away. Made sitting on it pretty annoying. But all in all, it was definitely worth what we spent on it. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood seemed very safe. And there was a little restaurant about 1min away that had the best tacos and tortas around!

I think we would've enjoyed our stay a lot more if we had been warned ahead of time that they are in the middle of loudly remodeling the property. We were woken up by the construction workers getting in at 8:30 am which was definitely earlier than we wanted. And the day before the banging and power tools went on until 7:30 pm(ish) This is late march 2025 so if you are reading this in the next few weeks just make a quick inquiry to ask if that's done.

Lo único que no me gustó fue que pedí en recepción por cubiertos y no tenían (cosa que me parece raro porque tienen servicio de room service), y otra que en el baño la tapadera es horrible; no puedes sentarte tranquilamente porque la tapa pega con la espalda , está muy dura!

Queda cerca de varios puntos como tiendas, restaurantes y farmacias. Las únicas sugerencias serían que limpiaran mejor los cuartos, ya que encontramos una mancha extraña, y que adviertan a los usuarios sobre la remodelación del edificio. Por demás, fue excelente.
