My family of four had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and met our needs during our visit. However, the biggest issue we experienced was with the towel service. Our reservation clearly indicated that there would be four guests in the room, yet only two bath towels were provided upon arrival. When I called to request additional towels, I had to make multiple phone calls before they were finally delivered, and it took much longer than expected. This was frustrating, especially after a long day when we simply needed enough towels for everyone in our family. Aside from this inconvenience, our stay was enjoyable. I would recommend the hotel, but I hope they improve their responsiveness to guest requests and ensure rooms are properly stocked based on the number of guests listed on the reservation.
