This the second time that happens this year. I paid for a premium room and get a crappy one. Floors were dusty, towels really old, bathroom needs a good redo. What happened?? It’s used to be a great facility, now is only convenient. Las time we stayed the pillow cases smell bad. They didn’t change it.

I really like this hotel because it’s conveniently located near the airport. You can walk to it, but it is a long walk, which is good after sitting in the plane. There’s some construction going on in the airport. It was noisy walking but otherwise it’s conveniently located is very clean and the staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The breakfast is excellent but it’s not included in my package. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and even though it’s near the airport, I did not hear any sound from the planes . They also is a great store with silver jewelry. That is handmade that I like liked.
