Room and breakfast area was nicely appointed. Staff were uniformly good. However, our room (#3 I think) had very delayed hot water (at least 10 minutes), and the portable heater in the room stopped working (it got chilly at night) and wasn't repaired despite mentioning it to staff. The property front door lock required guests to secure (not always the case) and no staff was apparent at night. The property was on a street with little pedestrian traffic (no restaurants etc in this block) but seemed safe. Could be noisy at night from motorcycles etc. Breakfasts weren't exceptional (one fruit plate consisted of only a sliced banana), but egg dishes were fine.

The room was comfortable and clean but hot water took at least 10 minutes to arrive in the room (#3). The breakfast was pretty basic. The location was isolated from restaurants etc but felt safe. They need to secure the front door a bit better as there didn't seem to be any staff over the evening and night.

This was an amazing stay! The room “Hacienda 4” was beautifully decorated and the staff was amazing! It’s close to many things which are walkable. The staff were incredible. This place was one of the highlights of my stay. Highly recommend, great place to relax after long days exploring CDMX!

The breakfast was amazing as was the room. Staff very welcoming and within 15 minute walk to the metro or bus. The decor and the large bathtub was a joy to come back to after a long day of walking. As it was December, the use of the little heater was just perfect. A great place to stay!

Truly amazing.

Truly amazing experience in a quaint and peaceful B&B thanks to Julio and the staff for making it memorable. Stayed 4 nights and enjoyed made to order breakfast every morning and tidy rooms. Verandah and terrace are very cozy to hang out and is close to all popular areas. Must stay!
