Where I start… ok… first, check in personal super awesome and helpful. The room super clean and nice, everything at order. Breakfast buffet excellent. We can order smoothies, Gorditas, omelettes, your eggs your choice. Then at 6 pm snacks buffet the whole staff super awesome. The whole experience was amazing.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. From the bell boy to the chamber main the attention to detail and customer service was outstanding. The beds and pillows were excellent. I highly recommend the premium level. It includes discounts, breakfast, happy hour, and light refreshments. It is close to many historical landmarks. It is also close to the light rail. If you arrive at AIFA airport, it is very convenient. We took the train and saved a lot. We would definitely be back.

The room was great and had a great view of the city. The pools was great too. The food was amazing. We wished we tried all breakfast during our stay but only ate there 3 times. The food was great, with a mix of western and mexican food. Mostly ate the Mexican food though! Lots of choices for breakfast too. The staff was very helpful. The place is close to many bars and restaurants. Uber drivers can easily drop you off. The place was beautiful to look at. Lastly, we appreciated that we got upgraded to a premium suite!

The restaurant did not have a good service. The orders where incomplete and the waiter was not nice or did not know about what the orders contained. You had to tell him every single thing and he didn´t bring it well. Hard and dry bread, no good sauce for the eggs. Next time we went, another waiter was really nice, but we found out that the kitchen had the problems and was not doing a good meal service. That is when you order a la carte. Buffet was good. The shower did not have enough pressure. Other than that, I like the hotel and overall staff.
