Room is really adequate and has two bathrooms as well as a kitchen! But it was difficult for us to arrange for the cleaning service, I believe the reception in the building does not work directly with the WhatsApp reception. There was little communication with the staff onsite. Great location

The property was in an excellent location, beside the Walmart Express. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. Avenida Reforma was also very close. The area felt very safe. The front desk was always very friendly even if English was limited. The room itself had a great view as we were on a high floor and spacious but was tired/dated and could do with a renovation. Also, the doors and walls were thin. So, it was sometimes very loud when other guests were in the hallway or their unit. Overall, it was generally good value for the money.

Very noisy

The staff are friendly, I booked a cosy suite room, room presented well, however, it was extremely noisy, there was a lift car park below which would make the whole room shake from the hours of 6am to 1am, people in above and beside apartments extremely loud, poor sound insulation resulting in tv, conversations and footsteps heard at all hours from neighbours. Hard to relax here. I think overpriced.

Not Worth It

The nice thing about the hotel is the location. Three stars for its location. The neighborhood is very green, comfortable and quiet. There is a Wal-Mart next door and that is a big plus. There are good cafes and restaurants all around, especially the Korean-owned one across the street. It has very good food and courteous service. My room had a refrigerator and microwave and that is very convenient. The hotel is older and in need of TLC. Some of the guests are very loud and the walls are thin. There was even a fight between two guys next door one day; not good. Save your money and stay at a nicer place, like the two Holiday Inns across Paseo de la Reforma. No housekeeping service to speak. And with the exception of one very nice guy at reception, indifferent service. I cannot recommend this establishment.

I like the area and the staff was professional, the beds are too small and be ready to wake up during the week at 7 or 8 am due to the noice. The windows are thin but lots of options to choose for dinning, the area is nice and safe.

Terrific value for the price

Terrific value for the price. Very spacious and comfortable, literally next door to a grocery store, and close to other attractions. The desk employees were gracious and patient and helpful.

Very comfy bed. Upon arrival hotel clerks asked for a deposit of 500. Which sounded suspicious to me. When i tried to call expedia, they said nevermind! We were on the 5th floor where on the last night there was a huge party with people outside of the hotel able to enter- i felt unsafe alone with my child and we locked ourselves inour bedroom until the morning as the outer door to street was left open and anyobe could enter our landing. The hard stomping and painfully loud fiesta right above us that kept us up til 3/4am and cigarette smoke billowing into our room all night was our breaking point. Will not recommend this hotel for families at all. Should be listed this way.

Disappointing stay – would not recommend. Unfortunately, this apartment did not meet our expectations. It was not very clean upon arrival, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the unit, likely due to poor ventilation. The apartment was poorly equipped for a family of five staying two nights. We were provided with only one small bottle of shampoo, no paper towels, no kitchen towels or quality napkins, and only the bare minimum of kitchen utensils. There were no proper drinking glasses—only inexpensive, stained cups. The bathroom across from the kitchen had a shower head that sprayed water everywhere except where it was supposed to, making it difficult to shower without soaking the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom was also inadequate, making it difficult to shave or get ready. Several electrical outlets were loose and coming out of the wall, there were no hangers for clothes, and there was no air conditioning, which made the apartment uncomfortable. Overall, the apartment felt very basic and lacked many of the essentials that travelers reasonably expect. I cannot recommend this property and would choose a different place on my next visit to Mexico City

Suite 3. Las almohadas huelen a sudor del que utilizo la habitación previamente, el olor de la habitación es de sudor, encerrado, no cambian sábanas limpias. El ventilador hace un ruido horrible. No hay política de tranquilidad, la habitación de a lado la rentaron para hacer fiesta toda la noche chavitos casi 10 personas ahí (en martes)

Me hospedé en un lugar ubicado a pocas cuadras de Paseo de la Reforma y la experiencia fue muy positiva. El personal muy amable y rápido a la hora del Check-in y la ubicación es excelente, ya que permite moverse fácilmente a distintos puntos turísticos y zonas importantes de la ciudad.
