The hotel staff was friendly. Hotel was very modern. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Nice bath products. The entire place was very well kept and super clean. It is located on a quiet side street. The complimentary breakfast was lovely and fresh and offered healthy choices.

Very spacious rooms! Very good breakfast! Great TV channels and no issues with internet or staff! Recommend only that you use Uber to get there and from the hotel otherwise a very nice place to stay and safe!

The hotel is beautifully maintained, quiet, and located in one of Mexico City’s most upscale neighborhoods. It was the perfect base for exploring Polanco and nearby attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the overall service exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, boutique-style experience in CDMX with excellent service and location, Alteza Polanco is a great choice.

Excellent option for visiting Cd. de Mex.

The location Polanco is an excellent point for visiting the city with many transportation options. The area also includes many shopping options (retail, groceries, street markets, etc). The property is in excellent condition, rooms are spacious, and staff is super helpful and friendly. This is definitely an excellent value.
