The hotel is in a nice area, there is a pharmacy, bakery, and pizza place on the same street. It’s a 16 minute walk to the soccer stadium and plaza de toros. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful but you can hear all the noise going on in the hallway, the good thing is the room has a Bluetooth speaker that you can connect to that helped with the boise

The hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can walk to many great restaurants in under 10 minutes. If you don't feel like going anywhere, they have a lovely rooftop patio menu that will satisfy many, even vegans. There is a pharmacy right across the street, so convenient for grabbing essentials if you travel with just a carry-on—a great coffee shop around the corner for your morning coffee, and walking and exploring.

Nice rooms and helpful staff. Location is not exactly ideal to the usual Mexico City sights. Plenty of restaurants around and obviously convenient if attending an event at the WTC.
