The unit next door were some loud people talking loud early morning. Did not sleep well. They should make these walls soundproof. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.

Let me tell you about my experience. I arrive at 1130pm after flying all day and am told, no reservation, reservation cancelled, and no rooms. Needless to say I'm not to happy to have to wander around Ensenada, much less somewhat scared to be looking for a room that late at night. The hotel should be dropped by all booking sites as far as I'm concerned for putting me in this situation.
