Great location

We have stayed here before. They have good customer service. The rooms are older, the beds are not comfortable at all, very noisy. Hotel is in a good location. Parking lot was safe.

The only thing I didn't like is that they don’t have a coffe maker, microwave or mini-fridge in the room. They did have a small bottle of water. There is an oxxo close by so we could get our coffe and water. Other than that is a good area. I recommend going during the week when is quieter.

No restaurant anymore

The maid staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean and shower was hot and the AC cold. Online it shows a restaurant but it is no longer operating. The pool was refreshing but difficult to get out of as the ladder is quite short. Our room was away from the street so it was quiet. The day we were leaving, we asked at the desk if he could call us a taxi but he said no, so I asked at the desk of the hotel next door. No problem fot them to call us a taxi.

Safe area to walk either at daytime or nighttime. Many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, walking distance. Very friendly staff and room was clean it daily. We dealt with mosquitoes inside the room. No refrigerator in the room, we drank our drinks at room temperature,
