Simple and no-fuss, a good place to stay for a short trip. The staff was super helpful, attentive and friendly. Breakfast was ok, but skip the cold pre-packaged scrambled eggs (they were cold from the fridge) and the bacon looked like plastic. You are better off with the bread, cheeses and fruit. It was a good stay overall, I would stay here again in the future, and simply skip the breakfast. Again, a big thank you to the staff for the friendly attention.

Good accomodation, needing some maintainance

The apartment was very spacious, but would need some maintenance: when showering, water would come also from the bathtub faucet and the shower itself was leaking. The door bolt lock (additional lick from inside) did not work. The room was really hot, also compared to the hall. The building is looking directly on the railway tracks and really close to the station (we could see the interior from our window), which might be a bit noisy, especially with an open window. For an additional price, there is a spacious garage. Position is great, close to the train station and the Centre Pompadour, 10-15 minute walk from the center

客室、清潔さは問題なかったです。 しかし平日は午後9時、週末は午後4時でフロントが不在になることを事前に知らされず、念のため送ったメールへの返信も遅くて確認できませんでした。 週末夜に到着し、かなり慌てました。緊急連絡先に電話し、宿泊客の助けを借りてどうにかチェックインできました。 また氷点下の夜、お湯が出ず、かなり困りました。その日入浴できませんでした。フロント不在＝クレーム対応が難しいことを踏まえて、宿泊は検討すべきかと思います。

Madame, Monsieur, Nous avons choisi votre hôtel dans l’espoir de bénéficier d’un service de qualité, conforme à la réputation et aux standards attendus d’un établissement hôtelier. Malheureusement, nous avons été profondément déçus par les services qui nous ont été fournis. En effet, durant les deux jours de notre séjour, les 8 chambres que nous occupions ne disposaient pas d’eau chaude, ce qui nous a empêchés de prendre une douche dans des conditions normales. Cette situation a fortement affecté notre confort et notre bien-être. De plus, après avoir quitté nos chambres et alors que nous nous trouvions encore à la réception, nous avons souhaité utiliser les toilettes. À notre grande surprise, il nous a été répondu qu’il n’y avait pas de toilettes disponibles, alors même que nous étions toujours clients de l’hôtel et n’avions pas encore quitté les lieux. Ces dysfonctionnements nous ont profondément déçus et ne reflètent pas le niveau de service que l’on est en droit d’attendre de votre hôtel. Ils portent atteinte à l’image et au professionnalisme de votre établissement. Nous vous remercions de bien vouloir nous fournir des explications à ce sujet et de prendre les mesures nécessaires afin que de telles situations ne se reproduisent plus à l’avenir. Bien accueillie. Chambre impeccable, propre, lit confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée (vaisselle, bouilloire, micro-ondes et cafetière filtre). Bonne isolation avec le double vitrage, je n'ai pas été dérangée par les trains ou la circulation. Le seul point qui m'empeche de mettre 5*, c'est le petit déjeuner que je trouve cher : 17€.
