Vacations Close To Metropolitan Center

Very concerning experience at SAFI Metropolitan. During our stay, a large glass door shattered and fell onto my son after opening past where it should have stopped. Thankfully, he escaped with minor cuts and scrapes, but this could have been much more serious. We documented the condition of the door and the apparent missing door-stop hardware immediately afterward. I hope SAFI management takes this seriously, contacts us, and makes sure this cannot happen to another family.

Travel here from the US for work. Overall nice hotel and facility. The room isn’t as nice as the guest areas so be aware. Some outdated furniture, incomplete wall edges (someone stuck baby towel in a hole to seal it), Wall AC unit difficult to adjust or control. That said it is central to many attraction and restaurants,
