Absolutely — I’d add that detail naturally to the review: We stayed here for one night after arriving late from the airport, and it was a great choice. The location is excellent, only about 10 minutes from the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean, and we really appreciated that the restaurant on the property stays open until midnight, so we were able to get something to eat after our late arrival. Kids were also allowed in that section, which was perfect for our family. Overall, it was a very convenient and comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

Great property, small pool for kids but we made sure to go super early to get a swim in

Expectations were already high and Shangri-la met them. We are a family of four, booked a premium room with 2 queen beds on the 16th floor. Exquisite room, beautiful bathroom, all marble with shower and tub with full view of the city. Bedroom area with top to bottom glass window view of the city also and CN tower, beds were comfy. We enjoyed a lobby lounge afternoon meal, appetizer type food at half price, sliders were to die for. We used the hot tub and pool and sauna There are pool bed inclosures with tv's. Looby area was a hang out area with a unique modern fireplace, art and live piano music. There's a nice terrace area on the 3rd floor. Room service was prompt and food was delicious. High end all around and excellent customer service.

Bad entertainment in lounge. In room, computer lighting in bedroom (both pads) do not work. Coffee maker does not work. No power outlets on desk or near desk.

I’ll start with the good stuff. The staff are great and the rooms are big and spacious. The bad… the parking which you have to pay for has no ramps so you need to haul your luggage upstairs. The elevator is dirty and one didn’t work. The building is old and the rooms reflect.

The hotel and room were very clean, pool was nice with an amazing view of the CN tower. The restaurant had huge breakfast portions, amazing Harbour view and the waiter working was so friendly (it was so busy and he raced around that place making sure everyone was taken care of!) The only thing I would change is I would book on the west side. Our room was on the east side near the street and it was very loud at night. Woke us up a few times as there is a bar/restaurant right next door. But it was within walking distance of all the site seeing adventures we wanted and the city tour bus stop is right outside the hotel as well. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

The room was very clean and newly renovated. Family friendly setup with fast responding staff. Area is close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

The location was excellent. The lobby looked grand and well maintained. The room was so spacious. But I wish the floor was not carpeted. May I recommend to freshen up the carpeted floor at times. A good floor steaming is recommended to maintain a fresher scent. The AC made a loud noise, and bothered our sleep. Staff were friendly with welcoming smiles and greetings. The concierge was accommodating. Our requests were granted. And compliments to the housekeeping service. They’re very diligent and thorough with their tasks. Our room was tidy. Overall, our stay was excellent. Thank you for making our stay, comfortable.
