Brinkleys was close to the pools and township and very clean but furnishings were somewhat dated and room was very small. It was great to have a shared washer/drier after being at the pools. Sad restaurant was not open as off peak

Clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodations. Quiet. No complaints. Full kitchen. Lot of natural light through large windows. Good curtains for sleeping. Propane grill not far away. Two community hot tubs (which was too hot).

The checking in was frustrating we arrive at one o’clock now one in office so came back at 2 o’clock now one there so phoned told she won’t be far. Half an hour later 4 customer waiting the lady finally arrived. Not a good look. There was 2 of us stay for 3 nights. Only one lot of toiletries in the bathroom and on the second day asked for more toilet paper. Sorry you have to pay for more. These could have been a small cost to the Resort for people who are stay more than one night. Also the rooms weren’t serviced while we stayed.

The resort itself is lovely — peaceful setting, great facilities, and a relaxing vibe overall. However, the check-in experience could’ve been much better. We arrived at 3:30pm, but no one was around. The dog on-site went off, and ringing the bell only made it worse. We called the resort, and the owner returned — friendly, but no apology. Our room wasn’t ready either — the cleaner was still finishing up. We gave it another 30 minutes, and all was fine after that. Without any communication from the resort, we missed out on valuable time up the mountain. On the flip side, if we’d needed the room at 2pm, it could’ve been a real struggle — especially with a toddler. The advertised check-in time is 2pm, and waiting until 4pm is disappointing. That said, check-out was easy, and we were sent off with a cheerful corgi, which was much nicer. A great place overall, but smoother communication expected.
