Room was clean and everything worked as expected. Service was quick and helpful and parking was easy too. Staff also permit you to specifically request a room upon checking in, which is immensely appreciated. Will absolutely be coming back!

The property is older, but it was clean. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome! The issue that we had was that for the 6 nights we stayed there was no house keeping cleaning our room or changing out our towels except for when we asked. The first time the older couple came after we asked for our room to be cleaned and clean towels, the lady ASKED us for a tip. We were already going to do it being courteous, but never ever have I had housekeeping ASK for a tip.

The room itself was adequate. The bathroom door did not close nor latch. The inside locking bolt would not engage. The refrigerator was extremely noisy. The temperature control worked well. The bed was very comfortable. The check in was efficient if not impersonal. Breakfast was a grab and go. The coffee was very good.

Our room was nice clean and comfortable but the TV was broken internally showing dots on the screen and the sink pipe would always leak onto the carpeted rug. I notified the front staff of this to have maintenance fix but it was not taken care of. Other than that great stay, good location, peaceful.

Property is an older facility, but well kept and in a very easy location. Parking lot was very well lit and bright at night. Room is older and dated but was clean and tidy. Very grateful that there was no foul odor of pets or cigarette smoke, unlike the last couple of places we've been at. Bathroom was clean and everything worked well. Beds were clean and air conditioning worked exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stop back again.

The rooms were very large the heat and the air conditioner worked great so did the shower but I got charged $100 security fee that I was not expecting!!! Not cool!!! And then they gave it right back without even inspecting the room what sense does that make?? But we'll be back...

I don’t typically write bad reviews. However, I hope no one stays at this hotel expecting the room in the photos. It took us 30 minutes to get checked in. The first room no one could get into and they didn’t stop trying until another customer staying there mentioned they had the same problem with that same room number, they then moved us to the 6th floor. The air wasn’t able to be adjusted and the room was hot and stuffy. The room was dirty. There were drippings on the wall, the counter was stained. The mirror wasn’t clean. The shower had pieces almost falling off. They claim they have a pool but it wasn’t open. Breakfast was offered as a brown paper bag with a school size milk, school size juice, 1 mini cereal, and 1 muffin. Not sure what was going on around the building but other parts of the building aren’t being used for the hotel. I also asked for a complimentary toothbrush and they were out. Something isn’t right here and they have zero care in the world for maintaining a nice hotel and ensuring a good clean stay for people,

Parking, location, & price are the only wins. The property is run down. Room was not the cleanest, everything needs updating & a new paint job, heat took forever to kick in, & the one sheet/light duvet was really not helpful for the current temps & iffy heat. We had stayed here about 3 years ago and loved it. When we checked in they asked if they could "Upgrade" us to a king size room which is what I had originally booked months ago. They put us in the room right next to the front desk on the first floor, we heard every bit of morning traffic (and we were up early every morning as it was but got up much earlier than our alarms planned),the room was INCREDIBLY small and it smelled so bad of cheap cologne. Not a clean smell, very perfumey odor that gave us instant headaches. Thankfully, we did not spend much time there due to the tournament but sleeping did not happen. Overall, we were incredibly discouraged by this. Next time we book, if we book there we will strongly request a 2nd floor room like the first time and pray not to have such a strong perfume odor.
