The only problem we had was getting the concierge to tell us a restaurant choice that would not be a long walk. We are senior citizens and walked over a mile.

Each bedroom was unique and quite pleasing. The person at the desk, when we arrived was knowledgeable about good places to eat. Breakfast was adequate, but eggs, ham and cheese were not among the options. The woman in the breakfast room was so friendly.

Hôtel agréable

Ce qui m'a particulièrement plu dans cet hôtel, c'est la décoration et le confort des lits. Aussi les conseils du personnel, notamment pour les restaurants. Il nous a également été possible d'y laisser nos bagages avant l'heure d'enregistrement des chambres. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Bell’Hotel ma poco curato nei dettagli

Non basta un letto comodo e un mobilio curato per giustificare le 4 stelle e il premium price. Ci sono varie problematiche: il rumore della strada è insostenibile, le finestre mancano di tende trasparenti per cui devi scegliere o il buio o la mancanza di privacy, il bagno ha una ventola con un rumore fortissimo e la rubinetteria è da rivedere. per colazione se chiedi della frutta te la portano tutta intera e poi il taglio spetta a te. Insomma manca la cura dei dettagli e non è una struttura rilassante, dispiace perché i presupposti sono buoni.

la stanza non era una suite (bagno e doccia piccola e con tende da pulire) la pulizia dei luoghi comuni non era accurata ed abbiamo avuto problemi con il TV e sky che non sono riusciti a risolvere (sky non funzionava ed il televisore non si spegneva una volta acceso la sera ho dovuto staccare l'alimentazione). positiva la colazione anche con prodotti tipici siciliani ed il servizio. prezzo compelssivamente troppo elevato

Uno de los mejores hoteles boutique que he conocido. El personal es super amable, el desayuno maravilloso. Nos gusto tanto que decidimos volver a Mesina para volver al Vmaison. Todo es cuidado y dedicado al servicio del huesped. Excelente
