Check-in was easy & our room was ready. We were very tired after driving 16 hours and we went to bed early only to be woke up by somebody trying to get in our room. It was very frightening to be woke up by someone trying to open your door. I yelled and banged on the door and the guy went away. I called the front desk three times from my cell and twice from the room phone and no one would pick up. After a few minutes my husband went up to the front desk to find out what was going on and was told there was a mistake made and they reassigned the room to another guest! I never received an apology until I called and complained to hotels.com then the hotel refunded $100 of my stay, not all of it and the manager apologized. 40 years of traveling and many hotel stays we have never had that happen. Very scary and hard to sleep after that. Next morning we went to the front desk again to speak to a manager only to go back to our room and find our keys had been deactivated and we could not enter our room.
