Het hotel presenteert zich netjes en ziet er goed verzorgd uit. Echter, ik heb enkele verbeterpunten opgemerkt. Ten eerste worden handdoeken en wc-papier niet standaard vervangen of aangevuld, wat ongemakkelijk kan zijn tijdens een langer verblijf. Daarnaast wordt de kamer niet dagelijks schoongemaakt. Een ander punt van zorg is dat de meeste kamers geen ramen hebben, wat het gevoel van opgesloten zijn kan versterken bij langere verblijven in de kamer. Verder is de geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers en de gang onvoldoende, waardoor geluiden van buitenaf duidelijk hoorbaar zijn. Afgezien van deze punten, zijn de overige voorzieningen naar tevredenheid.

Memnun kaldık. Bizi mağdur etmediler

Hotels.com da exclusive oda satın aldık. Kahvaltı da dahil gözüküyordu. Sanırım otele ekonomik oda satın aldığımız ve kahvaltının dahil olmadığı mesajı gitmiş. Hata nereden kaynaklandı bilmiyorum ama otel çalışanları bizi mağdur etmedi. Exclusive odada ki oteldeki adı standart oda, konakladık. Kahvaltıdan da yararlandık. Çok memnun kaldık.

Resepsiyonda duran yabancı uyruklu çalışanla bir türlü kendimizi anlatamadık iletişim kurmakta zorluk yaşadık. Ekonomik oda da kaldık bi gece konakladığımız için çok problem olmadı ama oda çok küçük ve penceresi yok ona göre odayı ayırtabilirsiniz.. Mutfakta çalışan ablanın iletişimi çok güzeldi ve kahvaltısı doyurucuydu..
