I did not like how dark, damp and sketchy the entry way to the door was. The room had over powering smell of human urine. The entryway carpet inside the room was drenched and was saturated by the time we lt on Sunday.

Walls are thin, I had to call the office every day, then again around 2-3 am bc someone was running upstairs. It appeared they never slept. The facility is starting to show it’s age outside however the inside has been upgraded.

We have family that live close to the property therefore we can visit frequently. We enjoy watching the Massachusetts pirate games which have relocated to Lowell and this hotel is close to the arena.
