I was somewhat disappointed in this property. Food was excellent in the restaurant. But the room was showing some wear. And the stairs and hallways were very dark and didn’t have railings. The AC blasted out so I had to keep turning it off and then got hot.

LOVED this casually elegant hotel and you cant get a better location. Visually enchanting. The ground floor room was spacious and very quiet, shutters block all light at night. Super comfy bed, separate outdoor shower that we used every chance we got. Very attentive staff. The restaurant is another reason to love this hotel. We ate dinner there twice during our 5 night stay, it rates as well as any dining experience in Merida. And the included breakfast goes FAR beyond the cold cereal and packaged muffins you get here. The hotel and restaurant staff speak great English and were delighted in sharing their knowledge of the area ruins, cenotes and other atteactions when we asked. The gym is impressive. We would definitely stay here again.

It is in a good location and the hotel is well maintained. The breakfasts that you can include with the reservation are OUTSTANDING! Wait staff is excellent. Food at dinner is average and for the price disappointing. Be sure and bring complete documentation of the room you paid for and reserved. They will try and put you in the least expensive room. I paid for and reserved a poolside room and was assigned a small room on the second floor. If I had not had proof they never would have honored the expensive room reservation.

la alberca sucia lostres dias y turbia , no sale el agua caliente en la regadera, los shampoos estan rellenados y no son nuevos , entra demasiada luz por la noche , no se como se pueden llamar boutique si es un hotel de 2 estrellas, los desayunos empiezan alas ocho, la comida delicisa , pero la falta de mantenimiento es seria, humedades por todos lados, se ve que no le han metido un peso en años, si tienes otra opcion no gastes tu dinero en este disque spa , que no existe

Muy bonito hotel, pero con algunos detalles

Fui al hotel principalmente por que queria disfrutar de la tina que ofrecian con mi pareja, y al llegar, la coladera tipo "push" no servia y las llaves tenian juego, durante toda la noche se estuvo escuchando el escurrimiento constante del agua que no se pudo cerrar por la llave mal ajustada; y en cuestion del estacionamiento, nunca encontre el estacionamiento gratis que dicen tener, siendo paseo Montejo era muy complicado estacionarse frente al hotel hasta que me entere que habia valet parking, cosa que no describian en su pagina, y solo esta disponible a ciertas horas. fuera de eso, la habitacion me gusto bastante.
