Room was a little noisy, and it could be cleaner. We found someone’s medication that was left behind. The sink has a slow drain. The ac dripped condensation water all over the floor. The breakfast was meh. We had a mini flood in that area. That being said, the staff was very kind and friendly, and the location was great.

Great Location in El Centro

The included breakfast every morning was made to order and was very good. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was in a great location within a couple blocks of the Gran Plaza and Parque Santa Lucia. Within walking distance of so many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.
