The staff came in daily to clean and change towels. The room was very quiet and we couldn’t hear any other guests. The outdoor area was really nice, containing a pool and yard to relax and walk. The best part of all however were the two peacocks in the yard. They leave out food and water for them so they’re used to humans walking near and taking pictures.

The place and the people are excellent. The garden is beautiful, and there's parking available. The shampoo and body wash come in large bottles and are not in small disposable containers, which is a plus especially since you're in Mérida, where the heat is intense and you might need to shower up to three times a day. In my opinion, there's a lot of noise because events are held downstairs, and the rooms don't have proper soundproofing.

Wonderful hotel in a great location - and free parking. The suite was HUGE. Beautiful balcony reminiscent of Merida’s glory days. Breakfast buffet with everything you could imagine.

Gem in centro

Loved this little gem in the middle of centro. Beautiful garden are with hammocks and sun beds and a pool, good bar service, nice breakfast buffet and great greeting service from the valet and front desk. Rooms are huge, I had one with the jacuzzi tub that I used twice. Good a/c, lots of water and nice and quiet. Will definitely stay again!

The room was very spacious and nicely appointed, with comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, with an easy walk to Paseo Montejo and the Central Park, with tons of shopping and restaurants of all types, from fancy to basic. The only issue we had was luke-warm water in the shower, but the overall value for money can't be beat.
