My wife and I travel on a budget. We look for location, safety, and cleanliness, and Casa Nova offers all of that at a good price. In addition, the front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. This is our second stay here, and this time we added a few days to our stay. We will stay here again the next time we are in Merida.

The location of this hotel was great. 5 minute walk to the main Plaza Grande park/square in central Mérida. Pretty tourist shops and vendors along the way. Very friendly staff at the hotel too.

This budget hotel has the best beds ever!! My room ( 9) was extremely quiet and look very nice and clean. It is walkable to main square and to great restaurants . If I get same rate when I get back to Merida within 10-15 days, will definitely stay here again.

This hotel has the following issue: - Hot water was not available all the time! - A noisy pump that starts anytime of the day & wake you up. - all the street noises get in your room, No noise canceling windows. - Noisy housekeeping staff, sometimes, they turn on their favorites music from cellphones in high volume while working! - Their VIP beverage for Expedia members was a joke: a small bottle of water!!!! - Manager needs a professional training program on dealing with customers

La verdad fue un hotel muy acogedor,limpio,comodo e incluso se portaron muy amables al guardarnos el equipaje solo que el desayuno muy pequeño pero rico,en el control se nos presentó que no tenía un botón y la tele se trababa casi siempre porque no era buena la señal de la tele,también esta muy cerca del centro y eso es algo positivo.

No habia agua caliente para la ducha, ni la arreglaron ni mostraron ningun interes es dar una solucion, parecia que estaba hablando con alguien que no era de el hotel, escribi un mail a la genrencia que todavia no han contestado, EL VIP ACCES es como si no supieran de que hablaba, es la segunda vez que me pasa en este hotel , pido hablar con alguien responsable no hay, pido una solucion para ducharme y no saben que decir, hablo de que el hotel el VIP ACCES, y me dicen que no saben que es, cuando habra agua caliente, tampoco saben de locos

El hotel si solo lo vas a ocupar para dormir está bien, la habitación limpia, clima, luz, televisión funcionaba bien,con relación al internet pues no te indican cuál es la red ni contraseña; el único pero que le pondría es que no hay agua caliente, me bañé en la noche y el agua si bien no estaba helada si estaba fría, ya había visto comentarios con respecto a esta situación de que en las noches no hay agua caliente, así que creo que es un área de oportunidad que deben resolver, por lo demás todo bien. El personal muy amable

Creí que estaba más bonito el hotel, el cuarto en el que dormimos no estaba muy bonito, solo es para dormir, no para estar ahí por mucho tiempo, en lo personal, falta remodelación.
