We absolutely loved this hotel! The room was very clean, the bed and sheets were comfortable and smelled fresh, the pool was a great option, and the staff was very friendly. It was nice to have a refrigerator in the room, robes, and toothbrush! We will be back here for sure! Thank you for a great stay!

Nice hotel at a good price

My wife and I travel on a budget. We look for location, safety, and cleanliness, and Casa Nova offers all of that at a good price. In addition, the front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. This is our second stay here, and this time we added a few days to our stay. We will stay here again the next time we are in Merida.

The place has no safety deposit box. My room was dirty right on a corner next to a table was full of q tips like someone just clean his/her ears . They have to change me to another room . I asked if I can get some help with the remote control and front desk did not know how to. However there was a lady who right from the beginning was very helpful . I even mentioned to her that she should be working in another place . In general not recommended. In

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, solo hay que trabajar en algunos detalles, como la limpieza en la alberca o el piso picado en algunas habitaciones. La atención del personal es muy buena, ya que al llegar tuve problemas con mi pantalla y se solucionó esa misma noche.
