We enjoyed a 2 night stay at this hotel. We liked the comfy bed. The pool looked nice. We didn't use it. If you have mobility issues, there is no elevator.

Beautiful room and unbelievably comfortable bed. Shower was gorgeous too though in the room but with a divider- as a solo traveller, not an issue for me but worth noting!

The property is located in the best part of town for someone that wants to do shopping and visit downtown, everything is within walking distance. The property is an old house and it missing some of the hotel amenities like ice machines. I will stay there again next time I visit Merida.

I enjoyed my stay at La Casona. Staff were friendly and approachable. The room was large and had AC. The pool was small, but refreshing after a long day in the sun. I'd go back again next time I'm in the area!

Victor and his staff were amazing. Very helpful. The hotel is up and coming and could use a safe in room and vending machines for late night snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay was good. The only issue I had, the toilet and shower were not clean. The shower had accumulated sand on the floor, and the toilet was dirty. After I brought it the staff’s attention, it was promptly cleaned.

Floor in the habitation was dirty. I used the small foot towel to wipe the floors and wore socks for two days. The pool was not operable. The ceiling fan in the habitation is dirty and needs the blades adjusted as it has a continual squeak.

Hotels.com and others have this hotel as FABULOUS. Nothing fabulous when low shower water pressure (trickle) and less than lukewarm water...cold! Shower tile grimy, interior needs a fresh coat of paint and bathroom wall separated by plywood wall approximately 7 feet high and no ceiling. So all smell and sounds are in bedroom too. I asked another couple staying at opposite end of building and they were experiencing the same shower problems. I am a frequent user of this website and get rooms for my employees and me. First time we experience this horrible shower low water pressure and lukewarm water.

Es un gusto volver de nueva al Hotel boutique la casona by kavia, ya qué cuenta con todos los servicios y accesibilidad y ahora con el area de restaurante qué inicio con los desayunos incluidos con la estancia diaria con la diferencia de un desayuno de pan con cafe y frutaslo comúnen otros hoteles, además se anexa 3 opciones qué no estan nada mal y qué lo preparan individualmente y con buen sazon.el area de comedor acogedor y reservado en un area saliendo de tu habitación, y con la atencion en recepción que se agradece de gente gentil como es la Srita. Ruth,jose y don juan por las noches todos disponibles las 24hrs. Para resolver cualquier imprevisto. Felicitaciones por seguir creciendo.100% recomendable. Saludo.. s

Cumple perfectamente con su función, buen tamaño de las habitaciones, el aire acondicionado jala super bien, el personal muy amable y el estacionamiento accesible, un área de mejora sería que tuvieran un espacio para que uno haga trabajo remoto porque la silla de la habitación no es muy cómoda usando la mesa que hay. Está súper bien ubicado pues caminando de llegar al centro y a varios lugares de comida, el turibus sale a dos calles, la catedral está a tres, muy recomendable en grupo de amigos o pareja.

Es un gusto haber estado casi 1 semaba esta vez, disfrutar de nuevo del dinamismo desde recepcion hasta las camarista qué se flerean por nantenercen orden tu habitación. Sin duda un hotel qué nobpierde su esencia y ademas próximamente con restaurante.un buen plus con una linda vista al interior y sus jardines. Sin duda de nuevo por mantener limpias y confortables las habitación y la accesibilidad a las peticiones. Saludos al tocayo José. Sigue asi amigo y contagia de optimismo a todos.
