We chose Hacienda Xcanatun to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and they were able to make my vision come true. Communications with event management was consistent, detailed and they made recommendations for service providers who were excellent. The coordination and collaboration between Hacienda, the DJ, photographer, flower arrangements and bakery for the wedding cake was spot on and everything came together beautifully. All our loved ones were so impressed with everything!!! We were so happy. They made our dreams come true. The grounds were immaculate, the food annd service EXCELLENT and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this property to EVERYONE!

Everything was wonderful and truly met the expectations of a five-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are excellent, always friendly and eager to help, and they speak very good English. There is a restaurant with delicious food and a changing menu, as well as a nice poolside bar. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very relaxing. The air conditioning is strong, which makes a big difference in the heat. It feels much cooler and more comfortable here, and the hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay without even having to leave the property.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, and the amenities are fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food is also great (both in the restaurant and pool bar). My husband and I also got massages and that was the best experience. There is also a great churrro and helado place within walking distance and that did not disappoint. 😉
