Found used condoms on the side table and lamp. Sheets weren’t cleaned. The shower water pressure was high and the water would leak to the floor. There is no restaurant in the hotel. I tried going to order food and no one was there. The pool was small didn’t get in. Location was ok. I wouldn’t stay here again. With all the issues they didn’t give us any credits.

This was the perfect location in Merida. It was walking distance to all central activities and restaurants. The staff were very helpful. The building was older but public areas were very nice. We had two connecting rooms with a living room which was very convenient. As with any older property there were some quirks but overall it was a great place.

If you want to be in a location where you’re not too central to the touristy parts and avoid the business, but are able to walk to quite a bit of different locations for shopping, tourism and dining. We stay at this hotel quite often. It is a beautiful colonial building with a lovely courtyard. The staff is always courteous and helpful. It is within a short walking distance to everything and has convenient parking on sight. Highly recommend.
