Había una máquina junto al cuatto quese encendía cada rato y hacia mucho ruido, día y noche. El cuarto estaba junto a la recepción, no tenía caja de seguridad, hacían ruido desde las 5:30 am y hasta se ponían a imprimir o discutir en recepción. Aunque dejaba el letrero de no molestar, entraban al cuarto y no dejaban toallas suficientes y las que dejaban estaban ya todas deshilachadas

Would not stay here

The location doesnt compare to the photos. Run down, shower leaked, bed was hard, pool was dirty, cleaning solution in the room was so powerful it was tough to breathe. Zero internet making it impossible to communicate with our children back home. Receptionist would not allow refund saying someone was coming to fix the issues. Never happened. We ended up having to forfeit our costs and leave two days early.

En realidad mi estancia fue muy breve, solicité algunas recomendación es y no me supieron ayudar, nunca puede hacer funcionar la TV, el teléfono no servía y aunque solo bastaba con abrir la puerta y caminar unos pasos, decidí que no era importante. Nuevamente por la mañana cuando solicité información sobre el desayuno, la respuesta fue: “pues ahí está” “por ahí está la hojita”…

Me encantó este hotel, las habitaciones son hermosas y su personal es muy amable y acogedor, por error nos asignaron una habitación superior a la que reservamos y ellos fueron muy amables en dejarnos en ella, esto fue muy significativo ya que fui a una cita médica y me dieron buenas noticias y anillo de compromiso ♥️

I booked this hotel based on the good reviews on Expedia. We need a place to stay for the night before we fly back to US in the next morning. Once we got in to the room, the room is clean but there were a lot of mosquitoes. It looks like the room we were in is a place converted from garage, it is far away for the main building, we could not find its WiFi. The room deco is good but missed the basic things such as cups and coffee maker( we got it after we asked for it).

Me gustó el hotel es pequeño, muy tranquilo, nada de ruido, incluye un desayuno sencillo pero rico. Lo que no me gustó es que el internet nunca sirvió y no hay personal que te ayude con las maletas aunque te vean cargando no te abren ni la puerta . Lo recomiendo si, aunque el servicio y el internet pueden mejorar .

Facilities are ok. Staff was kind and nice. However some details are not ok. Towels while clean are old and look like rags. After cleaning our room the second day housekeeping forgot to out towels back and we had to ask for additional TP this morning as we ran out of it. Al encender la tina de hidromasaje sale basura (hongo) de las tuberías y ensucia el agua, tuve que llenarla 3 veces desperdiciando mucha agua :( además la llave salpica agua alrededor y se moja todo el piso, tampoco funciona el tapón de desagüe. Por otra parte en cuestión del desayuno, anteriormente estaba mejor, atendía un equipo de un chico en cocina, ahora el desayuno lo elabora la señora de recepción (comprendo su esfuerzo) pero no ofrecen más que huevos con totopos y frijoles y jugó (artificial) y agua, café ó té. La verdad no me gustó y no vale la pena ofrecer esa opción si es deficiente. Volvería pero a una habitación sin tina y sin desayuno.
