I absolutely loved my stay here! They were the most wonderful staff and the hostel itself is gorgeous. The property itself is a must-see, but the people made my experience what it was. It was peaceful, safe, convenient, and so much more. Would definitely visit again!

Air condishoning driped but they sent a repair man quickly. They did not complaine when we asked for extra towels. Over 1 mile to centro but after the 2nd day we were glad of that. Dont take a bus headed for town ...it went in a 1 1/2 hour circle.

What a pity, being unable to cancel my reservation on the arrival day, due to a mistake when booking online trough Expedia. Expedia blames the hotel for being unable to cancel the same day (cancelation was allowed until 3 days before arrival only). The hotel blames Expedia for being unable to cancel. Just because of that, both parties will get a bad review. Otherwise great service from the front desk person.

Almost every aspect of the stay was lovely. My room was large and comfortable. The property was beautiful, particularly the courtyard and rooftop terrace. The plunge pool was a bit cold for me, but I know it would feel amazing during the summer. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It was a bit noisy at night (lots of barking dogs) but there's not much they can do about that. However, at no point during my 4-night stay was I able to get hot water in my shower, no matter how long I left it running, and no one was ever able to explain why. I would have assumed it was my own error, but the manager even came up to look at one point and he wasn't able to figure it out either. Fortunately I was able to use the communal showers downstairs, where the hot water worked fine, but it was frustrating that I had paid for a private shower which I was never able to use. I still would probably have given the hotel a 4-star rating, but when I asked if I could be compensated for the inconvenience, they were only willing to offer me a voucher with a 2-year time limit, which doesn't help me at all since I am not planning to return to Merida within the next few years (I simply cannot afford it). I explained this, but they wouldn't budge, and then tried to claim I had either been lying or that it was somehow my own fault (even though they couldn't tell me what I had supposedly been doing wrong). Very disappointing behavior, and thus I sadly cannot recommend this property.

Muy bonito y cómodo, me quedé en la suite privada. Tiene aire acondicionado, ventilador, frigobar, secadora. El ambiente es tranquilo. Sólo consideren que sí está alejado del centro, caminando como 15 minutos y en la noche ya está sola la zona.

Es un pequeño hotel boutique que te sorprende. La fachada no refleja la belleza del interior, el cual es muy instagrameable. La atención fue muy buena y cálida. La habitación estaba bonita con todo lo necesario y las instalaciones funcionaban correctamente ( aire acondicionado, luces, agua caliente etc…) si te gustan los lugares con diseño a un buen precio, este es un muy buen lugar. Debes de considerar que está a 8 cuadras del centro de la ciudad, por lo cual caminarás 15 min o puedes tomar un taxi.

Me gustó todo en general, solo creo que sería más conveniente tener vestidos en las habitaciones o baños, ya que no hay nada con ese fin, igual y un pequeño cuarto destinado a dicho propósito le sumaría bastante, pero no está mal, optimizaron muy bien el poco espacio que tenían disponible.
