Vacations Close To Mercer Raceway Park

Very clean and spacious room.

When we arrived for check-in July 31, the computers were down, the line to check in was about 10 deep, and one woman was at the front counter doing her best in an impossible situation to get patrons checked into rooms. As far as we could tell the staff on hand were: Hana at the desk, one housekeeper, and several men handling cars and parking. The hotel was understaffed! Hana was absolutely professional, dignified, polite, and sympathetic with the customers who had been waiting for a long time to check-in. Customers were abusing her and still she kept her cool. The situation was terribly unfortunate, and I'm certain you will be hearing complaints. Please know that if Hana had had assistance, things might have been better. But, when an entire system is down, there is hardly anything anyone can do. Please reward Hana!! She is the champion of Hilton Cool!

Clean room. Good restaurant

Beautiful hotel. Well maintained.

I only stayed there fir a 5 hour sleep. Bed was comfortable, air wasn't noisy, hot shower. Clean.

The hotel was situated in a convenient location with almost everything needed within walking distance. There is a small park across the street that is nice to sit and relax in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet & seems quite safe.
