It was comfortable, safe, convenient dining. I could have enjoyed another pillow or 2. Directions to breakfast were confusing: 1 mile down the road? Key pad has 2 arrows and it was not clear requiring number re entry. Thank you.

Checking in was done 2+ miles down the road. The bed had essentially 2 sheets but no blanket and it was not warm enough.

Decor was beautiful notthwoods bed, table, flooring. Desk people were 4 miles away; walls thin could hear neighbor. Not enough electrical outlets and no place for phones, computer to attach to. Luckily I brought a multi device with me. I would not have given this a 9 rating which we thought we were getting. Convenient car to door loading and unloading however

You are required to check in at a different hotel 2 miles away. We booked at the last minute. I received an email with check in instructions 5 hrs later. When we received our rooms, 1 of them had not been cleaned,requiring us to go back and exchange for a different room. While waiting outside for our key, another guest asked us how to check in as well. It was extremly frustrating. Please fix the problem or you will have no repeat guests

Very nice stop in the northern woods. The check in wasn't smooth. We never received the access code so we had to call a number to receive the code. It was easy after we called but would have been nice to just receive it like the email stated. There was a cigarette butt in the planter by the door which was not attractive to nonsmokers arriving. There was also a leftover towel under the bed. Otherwise, the room was very clean, the room was remodeled nicely, and it was a quiet place to stop with only 8 available motel type rooms on the property. The restaurant building was not open on the day that we stayed. We would stay here again.
