Unique, historic boutique hotel. Very clean & comfortable, A convenient location, only a block from Bourbon Street yet quiet & cozy. Staff is friendly & helpful. Perry at the front desk is the best! As stated here, no elevators (or bell staff). If you’re fit, great and if not, you will be, but pack light. Even so, I do recommend!

The property is poorly maintained. Coach ripped, bathroom sink did not drain, curtain missing from one window, nail protruding from the floor (cut my foot). and had to pound the nail with a knife handle, iron did not heat, one elevator was not in service. The room I paid for was not available because my sister could not access the stairs. Very disappointing.

I love everything about this property, and the outstanding customer service was the icing on the cake. I will definitely be booking with them again!
