We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

This hotel is a gem. The rooms are modern, comfortable and have everything you need. Very spacious and immaculately clean. If you have a lake view room, the view is worth the money! The restaurant was really good, free breakfast was amazing with tons of options, and amenities were great. We took advantage of walking down to the lake and sitting in the hotel loungers lakeside and swimming. It was priceless. I want to come back to stay here for a week. The only disadvantage is that there’s not much of a town with restaurant options. Luckily hotel has a great bar and restaurant with beautiful outdoor seating options with a stunning view. Also We had a car so it wasn’t a problem. Interlaken is 20 mins. drive. It a perfect base to visit Grindlewald and do other day trips.

Staff were quite cold and at checkout the lady was even quite rude when there was some confusion about in house outstanding restaurant bill kind of shined the entire experience. There was also a wedding there that basically took over the entire hotel and beach access while we were there. I would suggest making sure no weddings are taking place while you’re there. They didn’t even have an extra ice bucket or ice as the wedding was using them all and drained their ice machine. Pretty disappointing at this level of hotel. Staff were for the most part quite cold and not all that welcoming at checkout in and check out. They need some hospitality training for sure.
