While the property isn’t the most up to date, what it lacks in amenities, it makes up for in personable staff and location. Breakfast wasn’t a big spread, but supplied everything you could need for a good and filling breakfast. Would absolutely stay there again.

Pros - super location, clean and friendly staff. Parking lot is easy and safe. Walkable to restaurants. Cons - Bathroom needs updating - old school tile and tub. No door to bathroom sink area so if someone wants to sleep in while another is getting ready in the morning it's inconvenient.

Stayed here for two nights for a business trip, at half the price I would’ve paid ata hotel down the street! I was received with a warm welcome as soon as I walked in. The property is super clean, rooms are immaculate, and look just like the pictures. The amenities in the room: robe, slippers, steamer (beats an iron)…everything was well thought. The breakfast buffet offers many options, and the coffee machine gives you options ranging from regular coffee to a vanilla cappuccino. I recommend this place and will definitely be staying here when I return to Menlo Park.

This is the model on how to operate a classic property. It’s a retro motel that has been thoroughly updated and maintained. The staff was warm and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely return.

This hotel is located in a good area several restaurants close by in walking distance. And in general close to a lot of stuff. First appearance was a hip colorful place for a Motel. The room was big, had a lot of anemities from bathrobes to slippers to face mask, clothes steamer, loved the provided essentials shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. Bathroom was a little small but still a great place. Breakfast was your average continental. Boiled eggs, yogurt, different breads, jellies, Hot Oatmeal, with all the fixings. But the coffee machine was out of this world ! Not sure how many different types of coffee's you can make. Straight up amazing. Plenty of fruit and other stuff to get your day started. Parking was free and sufficient as well. Staff was super nice and most welcoming. Definitely would stay there again.
