“Check in staff was not onsite and had to wait about 45min to get checked in. Property was clean and directly across the street from the sea so the views were amazing. Beds o my had a think top sheet with no blanket so sleeping was pretty bad because of the chill. Overall nice property, just need a blanket.”

“A great experience. Warm friendly welcome, lovely staff, comfortable room. Seems like a new hotel, decor is lovely. Comfortable bed, nice linens. Quiet location but minutes from the restaurants and bars. Nice balcony and rooms are quiet. Short walk to ferry. They even arranged a packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early morning for the ferry. Top service!! Would recommend. ”

“Kamer was erg basic maar erg schoon. Ontbijt was goed maar ook heel basic. Personeel erg vriendelijk. We hadden verder geen problemen dus weten niet hoe men reageert op een probleem. Zwembad en rondom het hotel is uitstekend onderhouden. Locatie voortreffelijk, als je een auto hebt! Wij hebben echt genoten van het eiland. Vind het een aanrader!”

“What a nice place! I really enjoyed staying there. The owners are warm and available people and the hotel is clean and really cute. The pool is a nice to have for last dip in the afternoon. They serve a complete breakfast, with the Kasos yogurt which I adore. The bathroom may need an upgrade, but overall the rooms are really big with air conditioner and a lovely view. Totally recommend!”

“Beautiful apartments in a great location! We had a wonderful stay at Theoxenia. The building is lovely and the aprtments are very spacious, clean and updated. Had everything we needed and very happy with the size and locale. Short 10 min. walk into main town of Frei. George and Anna Maria were wonderful! George was great with all of our communications beforehand. Everything was as expected and clear instructions. Anna Maria was lovely and so hospitable during our stay. Manoli was fantastic as...

“I was pleasantly surprised by my room with side sea view even though I had booked a front sea view. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Amazing view and i could even hear the sea. However the shower curtain didn’t reach the floor so the water leaked. I asked for an early breakfast in my room but didn’t receive it unfortunately maybe a misunderstanding. ”
