All the employees know what they are doing. The concierge had very good suggestions for visits to the vineyards since everyone of them was memorable. Breakfast is superb and the restaurant staff is always ready to serve you.

I was pleased with my room. The mountain view was large and comfortable. The hotel staff were always kind and helpful. I had an excellent massage in a beautiful spa. There’s a well appointed gym. I highly recommend this as a home base for excursions from the city.

The hotel is somewhat old-fashioned, but the warmth and excellent attention from the staff, the exquisite breakfast, and the outstanding service more than make up for it! On top of that, the location is fantastic and the free parking lot is a plus. Also the spa staff were fantastic!
