We stayed just one night, but everything was good. The area around it is okay, but if you walked a couple of minutes there is some nice areas with nice restaurants. Also the hotel offers a patio area with a very nice bar.

Great visit in Mendoza

Our experience was increíble! We had such a wonderful stay. Everyone who helped us was very nice, spoke English and Spanish, and did anything we needed. The free breakfast was way better than most places.

The hotel was conveniently located in the centre of Buenos Aires. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Most importantly , the room was clean. The hotel is located down a side street and the only drawback is the state of the pavement. There are cracked tiles and potholes too. You have to be careful that you don’t trip over. Of course, this is not the fault of the hotel.

Magnificent room. Wonderful bed. Why wre we charged a bottle of water? Dining room, Sunday, added items to the bill we did not order and did not provide the dishes we did order. Breakfast was superb.

It’s a very good hotel, very well located. Be cautious when checking out, they very casually asked me to swipe my card to pay for the stay BUT with a simple issue, they were about to charge me double tariff. Know your Argentinian pesos conversion prior to paying nothing.

Pessima experiência! A categoria que escolhi no site do hotéis.com mostrava uma foto de um quarto grande, espaçoso, mas quando chegamos nos colocaram em um quarto no fundo do hotel (222) sem ventilação com um banheiro minúsculo. Um lado do colchão afundava, extremamente desconfortável! Hotel velho, tapetes empoeirados, não recomendo. No final da estadia nos colocaram no quarto que realmente fechamos conforme as fotos do site.

Excellent, but...

Although the accommodations and service were excellent, I have two negative points to highlight: 1. The room and bathroom, even with all the lamps turned on, are very dark. 2. The shower stall, with the shower head above the toilet, is very slippery. This is especially true for people with larger feet who tend to step on the curved sides of the tub. A non-slip flooring is necessary.
