L’hôtel est bien situé à proximité du centre. Le parking est relativement petit et les places dans la rue pas si nombreuses. Le lit est certes grand mais manque d'espace pour ranger les bagages

repas à la limite du mangeable

très bon service, bon accueil repas proposé en bocaux uniquement l'entrée était mauvaise (clafouti de légume) le plat passable filet mignon au miel le dessert était infâme, cheese cake abricot romarin je me suis forcé à manger l'entrée et le plat, malgré mes efforts je n'ai pas pu manger le dessert. tant que la restauration ne sera pas d'un meilleur niveau je ne viendrais plus dans cet hotel.

Petit hôtel bien situé. L'accueil et le service très bien. Le personnel très gentil et très à l'écoute. Chambre confortable avec un balcon qui donne sur le Lot (fenêtres bien insonorisées). Un poil d'insonorisation supplémentaire dans les chambres serait un plus pour éviter d'entendre la télé du voisin.

Habituée à des hôtels dans le cadre professionnel j’ai aimé ce petit bijou d’hôtel à mende avec un accueil chaleureux. Les chambres mansardées sont cosy et agréables.Calme tout en étant à proximité du centre ville.Cet hôtel devrait être plus connu des VRP avec des tarifs très raisonnables…

Hôtel dans d’un autre temps qui s’est arrêté dans les années 60. Chambre et salle de bain ridiculement petites, la décoration et les meubles datent d’au moins 20 ans. La literie reste confortable mais l’insonorisation avec la chambre du dessus n’est vraiment pas bonne. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt correct mais les œufs brouillés beaucoup trop cuit. Le restaurant est à éviter à tout prix. Compter 25 € pour une formule entrée plat digne des meilleures cafétérias (il est inconcevable de payer plus de 15 € pour cette formule compte tenu de la qualité des plats et du service) En résumé en hôtel qu’on peut difficilement vendre à plus de 60 € la nuit

Un peu cher pour les prestations

J'ai été déçue de mon séjour. 126 euros la nuit dans cet hôtel 3 étoiles, prix équivalent au Novotel mais ici la chambre est minuscule, la salle de bain aussi ! Et l'hôtel aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation ( peintures écaillées, mobilier hors d'âge).
