Excellent stay!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. We eat dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and the food and service was excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was also very good. A wonderful selection of cheeses and lots of coffee. We would recommend this hotel, 5 stars!!

A fabulous boutique hotel for a romantic espace

A fabulous boutique hotel with a spectacular restaurant. Room are comfy, new and very clean. It is a very old travel post hotel completely refurbished. Personel is very attentive and very kind. Prices are very reasonnable

This is an excellent hotel, comfortably worth a higher classification than its official three stars. Our room was of a very generous size, effectively a suite, the bed was extremely comfortable, the furniture of high quality and the bathroom smart as well as highly functional. Parking, at 5 euros per night, was located conveniently at the hotel's annex just across the road. Breakfast selection was generous and the food very fresh. We dined in the hotel on both of the evenings that we were there. The menu was not cheap but offered superior cuisine, a decent wine list and a very attractive setting. Without exception, staff were helpful and friendly. We would certainly recommend the hotel. Staying there was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Un établissement constant en qualité

2nd séjour dans cet hôtel et une qualité constante. L'accueil est excellent à l'écoute de nos demandes. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon avec une grande variété de produits salés et sucrés.

C'est peut-être le meilleur hôtel à Mende et les environs. Chambre spacieuse, calme et propre, garage, possibilité de recharger ma voiture électrique, petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

l'hôtel est agréable. Un petit bémol tout de même car lorsque nous étions dans notre chambre nous n'avions pas de dépliant de bienvenue, aucune indication sur l'hôtel, le wifi, comment appeler la réception, etc... Nous avons dû appeler avec notre propre téléphone la réception en demandant le code wifi et le numéro d'appel de la réception et l'on nous a monté le dépliant dans notre chambre. Très surprenant pour un 3 étoiles, le parking de l'hôtel est payant 5 € en supplément de la chambre même en basse saison. C'est la première fois que nous voyons cela. Il n'y a que des places de parkings payantes partout autour de l'hôtel.
