Staff were wonderful! Right on top of cleaning and any assistance we needed. The hotel is old, but you can tell someone is taking care of it. There are a few restaurants in walking distance.

Room nice
The rooms were nice and clean. Room we had a a leaking bathtub faucet that would not shut off. It was pretty annoying! When we were ready to check out and went to turn in the keys the door was locked to the lobby. No one would answer the door. I went back and left keys in the room.
Location was nice and it was clean. Beds were good too but only 3 pillows to a bed and they wouldn't give us another one. Both My wife and I use two pillow each normally. Aside from that it was a good place to stay.
This place is so clean and that is more important to me than a fancy room. They have a cleaning service come and vacuum every day. I expected it to be a dump because it is so inexpensive, but they are the exception to that rule. It is very convenient to anything you want to do in Mena. I will always stay here when I go to Mena.
stayed one night and found the room to be clean, tidy and the motel overall seems well maintained. courteous staff. relatively close to queen wilhemina park if that's your destination. highly recommended.
The motel owner must invest money to paint and renew this property.

Budget motel
Clean, wifi, good TV. Budget motel worth what you pay
Was pleasantly surprised when we walked into the room - like a Super 8 or better motel room. Ended up staying 2 nights instead of 1. Don't think they offered anything for breakfast but we didn't ask about it.
Ozark Inn in Mena Arkansas was comfortable, clean and affordable. Friendly staff and cleaned my room well as I was there for 2 nights. I will definitely stay there again.
Decent price for a decent night's sleep. Nothing spectacular, but the owners were really friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean. We would stay here again.
We arrived at 12 am. We had called when we booked to make sure they had staff at that hour. When we checked in the attendant didn’t give us the WiFi password so I called the desk when we got to our room. He was rude! I asked for the password, he told me and hung up. Didn’t even hear me say thank you because he hung up!! The pillows are AWFUL. I wish we wouldn’t brought ours. 1. Why do you put 3 pillows on a king size bed?, 2. They were so flat we definitely needed 2 each but that didn’t work since there were 3.
