Vacations Close To Memphis Museum of Science & History

Room was clean, property was dirty in hallways and common area had a smell, staff was friendly but talked on phone on speaker the entire time helping me, breakfast was plentiful

Best hotel in the area. Very spacious and roomy! We felt very secure with our stay being that when we entered and left there was always security on-site. I wish there was more parking spaces. We did have to walk in the rain to the front of the hotel being that all spaces were taken in the garage and outside.

No lo recomiendo… todo una estafa horrible asqueroso… totalmente estafa las fotos que publican no son verdaderas condiciones deprorable… y peligroso

When it comes down to it I wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend. We had a junior suite that was very nice and spacious, except the shower didn’t work. Staff seemed disorganized and we feel the situation was not handled well. I was never offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience, and when offered another room the option was quickly revoked. After finding out the shower didn’t work at 8:30am, it wasn’t fixed until 4:00pm. Can’t speak to any amenities as we didn’t use them.
