This hotel is in the perfect location for all the activities you want to enjoy. With the Trolley, and Court St. Park at your front door, and Tom Lee Park to the rear, you won't need a car. It's a very nice hotel for that area. The rooms are a nice size. One thing I noticed in my room, the top of the windows and some corners need to be dusted and wiped. And the TV in my room was kind of broke off the wall. I was nervous to touch it. The breakfast was very good. Nice options. I respect it but I didn't need housekeeping to keep knocking on my door same time every morning, even when I put the sign on the door. And they knock and try to come in. So keep the latch on the door.

The staff was amazing! Incredibly friendly and observant to the needs of the guest. The breakfast was amazing! The property was very clean. The biggest problem I had was with some of the amenities. First of all, nowhere in the any of the information about the hotel did it speak of mandatory valet service. Paying it was some of the problem, but not knowing about it before hand was deceitful and dishonest. My trip was planned out and that is information that is very useful. The other problem was that 3 of my 5 days there the pool was not open and the hot tub was never working. These things shouldve be working.
