This was a very clean and comfortable room with an amazing view. Security at the hotel was second to none and all staff are friendly and approachable. There are several food places to eat within the casino that are reasonably priced. It was central to where we wanted to visit in the area. Highly recommend a stay

As they have a security check to go through to enter the hotel lobby and you need your room key to use the elevators, we felt very comfortable knowing it was a safe hotel. It was in fact a really nice hotel. The check in was friendly and efficient. The rooms were quite large and the beds were very comfortable. We had a very large bathroom and everything was very clean. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This stay was fabulous. The hotel was extremely clean. All of the staff was very helpful. I stayed there for the 70th anniversary and saw an amazing drone show. The food was some of the best I have eaten all month. Will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Arkansas

This hotel is 10 out of 10. The rooms are. fresh and clean. When you walk into the hotel a fresh smell hits your nose. The housekeeping staff is well dressed and very pleasant. I love the fact they check each morning to offer fresh towels etc.We have stayed here over 5 times while visiting family in memphis and will always stay here. You pay for what you get but southland gave more. Best hotel ever!!

First thing we found a water leak under the bathroom sink and the was all wet. The maintenance man was promptly there and took care of it. The room was nice and roomy with little extras, like real half and half for the coffee. There were some cleanliness issues however, handprints on the window, something gross on the decorative bed pillows and the bathroom floor was sticky.
