Staff was phenomenal and made the experience amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and with easy access to the interstate this made it the perfect stay for anyone visiting Baptist memorial hospital. Additionally the restaurant served outstanding food and the bartender was extremely efficient and friendly. Will be staying again if in the Memphis area.

This hotel is very, very basic, which I guess is what you would expect for the lower price. There’s a musty smell throughout the hallways. No coffee pot in the room. Not in the best neighborhood. No nice restaurants or shopping nearby. If you’re not picky and you’re just looking for a room for the night at a decent price,I guess it would be OK.

The smell of the room was horrible. The walls were dirty, the carpet on the floor was dirty. The toilet sits low to the ground. The tub was dirty. I only gave 2 stars due to the bed was comfortable, however we had to keep spraying room scent and Lysol in order to sleep. Check in was quick and easy. Only one elevator was working.
