Hotel was safe, clean, and the staff was helpful. Some age showing on the property but it appears that they are addressing things like that. Only real complaint is the property has 4 elevators and only 1 works. The hotel was full this weekend and the elevator was constantly backed up. Guests were loud and crowded at the pool but that's not the staff's fault. Pool and hot tub area were nice when crowds were lower.

The lobby was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. However, the walls are quite thin you can easily hear other guests, even the slightest noise from neighboring rooms. That said, when we mentioned the issue, the staff responded quickly and helped us by moving to another room, which we appreciated. The elevators were also a bit slow. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, though soundproofing and elevator speed could be improved.
