Loved loved loved the hot tub and pool! Inside looks beautiful and staff was friendly. Also, free parking! What I didn’t know was that they hold $100 extra when you check in but besides that lil sneaker me and my husband had an amazing stay! Loved how the rooms used digital scanning !

Folks, my wife and I visited this property for Memorial Day Weekend. The concept of keyless is outstanding. The idea not to serve a full breakfast or self-serve breakfast forced us to only give 4 stars. The hotel is very large. It has many rooms downstairs for events. We chose the King Deluxe bedroom. It was ok. Yet a little smaller than what we were used to in Atlanta. We should have opted for the Junior Suite. Overall the experience was good. Wished their bar was opened throughout the day. It would have given the front door entry experience a livelier vibe. It just seemed like the bar was open “now and then”. A full Breakfast in the morning at the hotel would have made this experience outstanding! Then there is IHOP one block across the street. LOL.

Hotel was safe, clean, and the staff was helpful. Some age showing on the property but it appears that they are addressing things like that. Only real complaint is the property has 4 elevators and only 1 works. The hotel was full this weekend and the elevator was constantly backed up. Guests were loud and crowded at the pool but that's not the staff's fault. Pool and hot tub area were nice when crowds were lower.

Not a 4 star, it is a 2 at best. Got there at midnight had to self check in, and then got a text that my room was not ready. The staff who didn’t even welcome me or acknowledge me when I walked into the hotel was rude. When I questioned how a room is not ready at midnight she gave me a lecture on how to address people. The hallways and room were dirty with long black hair on our pillows and bathroom vanity. I would not even use the shower. They also charged $100 to my card for incidentals that has not been refunded yet. Watch out for this if you do choose to stay here. The lobby has been updated and looks nice, that is the only good thing to say.
