Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel was so cute and asthetic. I stayed alone for work and felt safe the entire time which was huge for me. The staff was so nice and everyone had such high energy. I will definitely be staying here any time I’m in Memphis!!

Great hotel - parking was paid in addition which was fine but is located a block away and there was nowhere available outside (when we left) to park up and load bags. Parking aside the hotel was well placed, clean and modern.

The hotel was relatively clean. The area was a little sketchy in the parking garage smelled like pee and weed. The staff was nice and the manager was very helpful if you’re just staying an evening or you’re just using the room mainly for somewhere to sleep it’s great for that.

Appreciated Willie the door man and Perry at check in. Style wise the room 1007 was great. Very clean other than the carpet in a couple of spots but otherwise well kept. Rooftop bar was THE place to watch the 4th of July fireworks. Overall had a good experience.
