This hotel is perfectly adequate. If it's luxury you're looking for, you would be happier elsewhere, and you'd pay a much higher price. But the rooms are clean, the complimentary breakfast adequate, and the price is the best thing around. It is in a decent part of town. I felt safe walking at night. The staff are friendly. I'm much happier staying here and paying the price than I would be staying at a place that cost twice as much but had nicer sheets and towels and greater choice of breakfast foods.

Room was clean, nice firm mattress on metal platform, no sign of insects of any sort in the room. Free breakfast was adequate, they had my favorite waffle maker or self service. Dorm size refrigerator in room was great, microwave was nice, linens and pillows were perfect. Hotel is older and a bit rough but the price I paid was appropriate. I would stay here on my next trip.
