The breakfast buffet is awesome! And, there was a maintenance issue, but they immediately fixed it and discounted the bill!! Everyone was so nice, we will be staying there again!

The staff here is AMAZING! Very professional and kind. The room was SO comfortable and clean. For us this location was perfect in terms of proximity to stuff in midtown. Parking easy and certainly a pool is always a bonus. This will definitely be our go-to hotel when we come to Memphis!

Despite this property not being what I expected the staff and the service was amazing from the welcome greeting to the time u check up the service was great !! The area around the hotel didn't feel safe. I observed what appeared to be drug dealing at a gas mart in the area. The cars traveled too fast for walking and there were limited restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself felt safe and there were no issues with parking my car.
